I'd say this might be a Dellow MkIII because it looks to be a four seater |

It is a Dellow Mk1 two seater built in early 1950, owned and rebuilt by David Wall. In place of the 1172cc Ford it now has a Rover K-series power unit. For more details search the Classical Gas trials website http://www.classictrials.co.uk/Gas07012.htm |
