The absence of chrome on the front fender rules out the Bel Air immediately. This could be either a 150 or a 210. Considering the 150 had no stainless trim around the windshield, just plain rubber, and considering the glare on the image suggests the existence of trim around the windshield, I'd bet this is a 210. It's a blurry frame, so I wouldn't go further from just suggesting here.
