Third thumbnail shows what looks like Mercedes-Benz logo (since 1926), as opposed to just Mercedes (pre-26), but it has unusual side louvres |

Sedan??? It’s an Open drive Sedanca de Ville. noun noun: sedan; plural noun: sedans; noun: sedan chair; plural noun: sedan chairs 1. HISTORICAL an enclosed chair for conveying one person, carried between horizontal poles by two porters. 2. NORTH AMERICAN a car having a closed body and a closed boot separated from the part in which the driver and passengers sit; a saloon. Coupé de ville — also known as town car or sedanca de ville — is a car body style produced from 1908 to 1939 with an external or open-topped driver's position and an enclosed compartment for passengers. Although the different terms may have once had specific meanings for certain car manufacturers or countries, the terms are often used interchangeably. Some coupés de ville have the passengers separated from the driver in a fully enclosed compartment while others have a canopy for the passengers and no partition between the driver and the passengers (passengers enter the compartment via driver's area). -- Last edit: 2021-08-20 19:48:36 |

... that's why I'm not totally convinced it's a Mercedes. I did not find anything which really corresponds to this manufacturer except some Daimler-Benz of the 20's (The "small" headlights remind some M-Benz with Knight engine ?)
