 Pontiac for sure...I can spot the silver streak trim.

 I can't think of many American cars of that time period to have trim only on the rear fender, at least not a Pontiac. I can think of Oldsmobile, and 1951 Buick Special. As this car lacks portholes and appears to have low rear fenders, I'm in favour of Oldsmobile.
