During the 1970s Chilean number plates alternated between yellow and blue. 1978 plates were yellow. http://plaque.free.fr/la/rch/?path=./_HISTOR/ The cars in this shot seem to have white European-size plates, including two-line square plates on the Renault 4 and the orange car on the left.
