In one scene they are supposed to be in South Vietnam (this location is definitely recognizable as Vietnamese, since I´ve seen signs in Vietnamese on the buildings and the Jeep is lhd), but in the next 2 scenes (like here) they are seen driving in a rhd car (presumably this Land Rover) and all the cars in this parking lot are rhd as well... maybe Thailand ?
