Main has Singer Vogue grille - not sure what that means in Iran, but it's less common than the various Hunter grilles and probably a high trim. Either it arrived early (following UK launch in Sept 66) or after the grille was discontinued in UK (Sept 70) and the tooling sent over.

Another possibility - suggested by some of these entries at PaykanHunter - is the Vogue grille was used for a short time around 1971 for the Paykan Taxi version, although other grilles were used (before? and) after. And there was a Vogue grille GT-like version with thick black side strips, again possibly only briefly as other grilles seem more common on the boyracer models.

Basically, I don't understand Paykan sequences and models well enough, but they seem to have been frequently changed without the more rigid UK system being apparent.
