The only difference between the 400 and 300 are the rims. The rim in this picture indicates that it’s a 1995 model year SC400.
Edit: I forgot to add that the 400 uses the 1UZ engine while the 300 uses the 2JZ engine.

Thank you, it helps. For 1995, the SC400 received cosmetic changes including new rims which you can see in this picture.

Those rims confirmed, it's a 1995 SC400 evident by the 7 spoke rims. 1995 SC300s would've had 6 spoke rims.
