That ain't american. The show was mostly filmed in Australia, but this bus is LHD. Either an imported european model or a converted australian. |

Is that a real bus or just a model? |

Might be a real bus raised with the jack and than mounted in the scene the other way round. |

Other side visible in /vehicle_1564275-BMW-X5-E53.html I can't tell if the doors are open or if it has dummy doors and a lot of black paint to create the illusion of a dark interior. |

Weird - it has circular headlights in one view, but in another they're rectangular: Better (main) pic shot from 1.08: -- Last edit: 2021-11-17 17:07:11 |

@Z2: Do you recognise anything? I think that this is an Australian bus, because the rubbing strip is interrupted where the doors would be, and so is the overlapping edge of the bodyside. |

The one with the round headlights looks like this bus: https://www.flickr.com/photos/damo475/40253270993 and https://youtu.be/w0lohLz4F4k?t=277 Seen here: /vehicle_153939-Mercedes-Benz-O-405-NH-1999.html -- Last edit: 2021-11-03 18:16:18 |

The bus in the other thumbnail pics, and in the main one, has a Volgren CR 221 L body, in a low entry type. There are many variations on side windows sizes, even among operators in Victoria, where this was filmed. But I think I've found the perfect match. https://railgallery.wongm.com/moonee-valley-coaches/D801_0165.jpg.html Link to "en.wikipedia.org" Same rubber strips, same side window arrangement, except the doors have been filled in. The same operator also has a MAN bus with the same Volgren body, but the wheelarches are much smaller. https://www.flickr.com/photos/comeng301m/14099828380 https://www.flickr.com/photos/comeng301m/14099943857 |
