 It is either a genuine Lotus Cortina, or trying very hard to look like one. 1966.

 Looks real to me - all the details, including lowered suspension and wide wheels. May not have boot badge, suggesting the optional Lotus alloy bootlid. But it's got a radio, so not truly hardcore spec.
