 Heureka! Opel Blitz 1,5t Polizei-Mannschaftstransportwagen, similar to the ones by Autenrieth and Vidal & Co., but we can be sure neither of them built the units for Munich. Additionally, the Munich ones are even more open air by the lack of doors in the passenger area.

Here's the Munich version and the coachbuilder is yet to be investigated.
