I can’t help much here, as far as coachwork because the Ashok Leyland chassis would be bodied locally, and were the chassis supplied from England it is still likely to be a Sri Lankan body. |

Post 1955 (AL) or 1982 (LAL) possibly, but Comet predates that, so still open for better picture, or better knowledge. You will see that the example you mention is a more modern, underfloor engined design, the old Comet and Tiger Cub chassis were front engine above chassis level. -- Last edit: 2021-10-30 21:37:40 |
