Cadillac Eldorado? |

I think it's a 1975 Pontiac Grand Ville. |

There never was a FWD Fleetwood Eldorado with rectangular headlights AND fender skirts during the 70s. So IF this really has to be a Cadillac, it could only be a 1974-76 Coupe de Ville and thus a coachbuilt convertible. The mirrors don´t spell Cadillac either, nor do the front fenders (missing side markers, shape of wheel arches, canted edge turning towards the lowered part of the hood). I vote for the Pontiac Grand Ville http://www.dreamcarclassicsonline.com/autopics/0118-9064/L01.jpg -- Last edit: 2008-02-22 22:00:35 |

Animatronixx is right. Cadillac mirrors of this vintage were more square and were not body colored like on this car. The Grand Ville's grill is a little easier to see in the pictures Ralph provided. |

I see running light below the bumper line. Is this a requirement outside USA? |

I don't know that Tatort, but am I right, that it was driven by the bad guy? In German movies US cars or Jaguars are usually driven by that ones, who had the black hat in Western-films. |
