I'd say CJ-7. |

I'd say Wrangler too with those wheels |

Doesn't it look too old for a Wrangler? |

It does, and the door handle is one of the reasons. The other is the door frame. That doesn't mean it isn't a CJ-7 with Wrangler trim. No matter what, it's still a CJ-7. -- Last edit: 2008-02-25 13:57:29 |

I would say Wrangler (YJ I think it was). Those wheels will not fit the bolt pattern of a CJ. The curvature of the fender flair is flat on top like a Wrangler. The CJ flair was a constant curve. |

It's definately a CJ-7. The middle of the rollbar sits too far backward into the window for a YJ. |

Wrangler YJ. Those wheels will not bolt to a CJ, different bolt patterns. The flat topped fender flair was never on CJ5 or CJ7 (only the CJ8 which this is not) and the Wrangler. The door handle fits the early Wrangler with factory steel doors as does the side view mirror mount. Visible just past the rear fender flair is part of the WRANGLER lettering. The Sports Bar as it was known by then clearly fits the early Wrangler. |
