Yes, 1979+ Renault 4F4 EDF-GDF, the electricity + gas French national company (amber turn signal = 1979+ and Fourgonnettes are F4 since 1978).

I think the Renault 4 F4 built for EDF-GDF were specific models because as a fleet order they were paint a special blue (bumpers included) since the factory and had a little side window, named "vitres PTT" like those for the French Post.
