"During the war the “CO” was produced in military trim and after the war many ex- army machines were brought back to civilian specifications." And were apparently fitted with silver painted cardboard attachments to the engine, in an attempt to make it look like something else (BSA B33?). The signwriting on the tank is another attempt at subterfuge, why? |
