I highly doubt that it is a Chrysler. It is Airside/AccessAir Systems https://accessairsystems.com/products/plane-mate/

found an article dated 1989

Quote The mobile lounge that burned was one of the original 22 built by Chrysler Corp. for the opening of Dulles in November 1962. Since then the engines, transmissions and other key parts have been rebuilt on the 18 still in use, including the one that burned, Hess said. An additional 21 lounges, called Plane Mates, were built by Booth Airside of Pennsylvania
