This looks to be a 71 LTD Brougham pillard Hardtop. Notice the thin pillar on the passenger side, and the front seats are the full support brougham seats. They were tall and did not require headrests.

They couldn't have chosen a car more out of place than this one for the 2005 movie - it is far too reminiscent much of Uncle Jessie's Black Tillie (from the '79 episode "High Octane").
