That's quite a large panoramic windscreen. Maybe not a factory cab.

while most of the 'factory built' actually were Pepel this one might be a Terzian by windscreen

While wings look more like Cretinon à Rives operated by M. Perret a Rives as well.
But this can be a later 150 something so i think the curved windscreen is most evident for a Terzian.

I would say a Bernard 150 series actually bodied by Dubos (Pelpel was a better known french coachbuilder)
