 Converted by Auto-Form.
Also all Cargo Pluses were 1.6 GLI it means they had to be B08.CE in case of Ambulances.

EDIT:
The "Cargo" name is doubtful in case of Auto-Form bodywork = made by external manufacturer.
They don't mention this name in history chapter on A-F official site: http://autoform.pl/o-nas/historia-firmy/
And for example here Auto-Form cars are listed simply as "Polonez Caro (Plus) Ambulans".
