Driven in the movie by the "Soviet spies" and their minions. Because that's exactly the type of "car" Soviet spies would drive in America ?

I could see this being used in a music video or dream sequence shown very briefly only from the "best" angles possible, the closeup grill and rear profile shots (a closeup of the second to last thumbnail).

Yeah... it's the 1980s+ meaning of "limousine" again! There is usually ONE name that crosses my mind when seeing something like this! And it's safe to assume the font of the UltraVitch logo doesn't just accidentally match the logo of Vini Bergeman's Ultra Limousine Corp. aka. Ultra Coach Builders of Los Angeles.

There *may* be one or a few Lincoln Town Cars underneath.

Page was translated from French :

Quote Guinness Book of Records : the “longest drive” (November 2002).
This is the longest limousine in the world : 100 feet long, with 24 wheels, 2 Cadillac engines. It weighs over 10 tons and coutait 1 million bucks.
Cadillac 1980, less of 10.000 miles on the clock.
The limousine has a Jacuzzi deck, un green de golf, and a track for a small personal helicopter to a place ! There are two drivers compartments. One at the front of the vehicle and one at the back to make reversing easier.
The limo was registered in the Guinness Book of Records for 10 years as the longest car in the world. The limousine is however not made to roll on the road. It was designed for a movie and has no seat for passengers !

Although, in both pictures they look much shorter, so perhaps it was modified even more extensively for the movie ?

Edit : oh no wait, I didn't scroll further in that page..

Quote After a competitor built a longer car, Vini extended the Caddy to 94 feet by adding a back section connected via an accordion system, similar to an articulated bus. It had a putting green on top, six moon roofs, a giant (for the time) TV, a fish tank, a hairdryer, two queen-size beds, and seating for 35 people.

This scene is similar to the look I'm thinking of for it being used.

If you're grimly patroling around a janus-faced holiday resort on wheels, the ushanka on your head probably isn't your most urgent issue.

Let's make it the low-mileage 1980 Cadillac UltraVitch it is.

Isn't this made out of a couple of Imperials? 55/56 in the front 74/75 in the back.
