1954 Crown Imperial [C-66]. |

Hmm, probably a more simple model. It looks more basic, lacks some chrome and I think the front was different. There was a stretch version of the Windsor De Luxe available. This could be one maybe? |

Oops, yes, I didn't notice. Indeed there was a stretched Windsor DeLuxe [C-62] and a stretched New Yorker [C-63-1]. The front seems rather short for a Crown Imperial... I'm sure Pilou can help us |

On top of that, this is an export model, so identification is not for the faint-hearted! |

The V's on the trunk lid and on the hood indicate that it is a V8 powered car. This makes it a 1954 Chrysler New Yorker 8 passenger sedan on the 139.5 inch chassis (C-63-1).Chrysler Imperials had different grille and trim.Only 140 long wheelbase New Yorkers were built versus 500 for the long wheelbase Windsors. |

License plate AA607. AA = Stockholms stad. No car, truck or bus had this number in 1957. |
