Not JDM @s13a as there isn't a wing mirror. This is a 2001+ 5 door Pajero Pinin for the EU Market. Unless I am missing a detail here that indicates a JDM model ![]() |

Pinins have red rear fog lights, this doesn’t. It’s an iO. |

Yes, lack of integrated rear bumper fogs means it's not an EU model. Plus, to my eyes at least, it has clear side marker lights (they were amber on the EU models) which on JDM models appeared in late 2002 or 2003 (before that they were amber on JDM models too). Though I can't find precise date for this change. It had, however, clear indicator lights on the front, which were changed on Japanese models on Jan, 2006. I often rewind the scenes to look out for more details, however I don't have the movie anymore, so I can't post more thumbnails. Armenia has plenty of JDM imports and Pajero iO, in particular, is not an uncommon sight on the roads over there. Although they are mostly LHD, they seem to be converted since the wiper location is meant for right-hand drive cars despite the location of the steering wheel. Wing mirrors are often removed for other reasons. You can see the base of the fender mirror in this picture where the mirror once was. |

@s13a Just perusing the used car site here and almost every model before 2006 has clear indicators: https://www.goo-net-exchange.com/php/search/summary.php You mentioned above 2006 by the clear indicators. 2006-2007 have amber. -- Last edit: 2022-05-29 03:31:57 |
