Has to be a Diplomat. De Soto grille and Plymouth-style tail fins and side trim indicate year 1956. R.I.P. -- Last edit: 2008-03-19 08:32:44 |

Low priced Plymouth were sold for export with more luxury De Soto badge and some specific trim This one was registred in France at the end of ´55 or at the turn of 56. In this film it is destroyed😭, being crushed. I remember having seen this film on Tv in the early seventies, a time when used middle class american cars and also old French Vedettes Ford or Simca were often usesd for crashes, fire, explosion or destruction scenes. Sad times for those poor cars, often still in very good condition!!! |
