Thought to be based on the Italian Puma buggy's (built under license), however, I believe these long body versions were unique to the Spanish Gofio. Where is the license plate from?

I think this is Gofio Buggy, built in Tenerife. Thought to be based on the Italian Puma buggy's (built under license), however, I believe these long body versions were unique to the Spanish Gofio.
