Agree. Not enough brightwork to be a W 109. That leaves us with either a 280 S or 280 SE of some sort. Both W 108. At the end of the production 280 SE 4.5 (V-8) was quite common in the U.S., but if earlier it has a an inline 6. |

The large side indicators suggest a 67/68 W 108. |

However, the large wheel covers and the grille with the bigger "squares" for sure identifies it to be of MY 1968 or later. |
