240 Gardner ◊ 2022-05-16 17:28	It's an Atkinson lorry with a Mk.1 cab, and from the famous fleet of Sutton & Sons (St Helens) Limited. Judging by the shape of the load headboard, it's an artic tractor with a semi-trailer and, given the early headlight layout will be almost certainly a T946XA model. -- Last edit: 2022-05-16 17:29:07
dsl ◊ 2022-06-08 01:17	Improved picture. Confirmed as artic. 240 gardner wrote .. the famous fleet of Sutton & Sons (St Helens) Limited. Although this is supposed to be a Liverpool location in the film, it's actually The Shaggy Calf in Slough.
240 Gardner ◊ 2022-09-27 13:55	Good spot, "dsl"! As I recall, Sutton's used to carry a lot for ICI Paints (Dulux), and I think they had a factory in or near Slough.
