They are Plymouth Furys. I know this because we own one from this movie. I know where two are not the third. Almost bought both. They are real police cars with 440s. My brother just took it out today to drive for a bit. |

No, but I know him. We've got a small unofficial restored police car club in town. The car is one of only two actual police package '69 Belvederes that have been restored. The other car was and is a LAPD car. Any others are cloned civilian cars. This car was an unmarked Portland, OR Police Bureau traffic car. It appears in the film as it was when it was in service. It was purchased at auction and used by a gentleman as a private security car. When he became older, he sold it to a retired PPB detective. She is now in the hands of her third retired PPB owner. |
