Could be any of the Westminster/Wolseley permutations, but a search through book pictures suggests A99 and some A110 were the only ones with extra reflectors below the main lights, with Wolseleys staying without them. This test track sequence is a bit of a Big Farina moment as next clip has 2 Wolseleys There's also a grey Westminster within this group on left behind the lamp
