 For those interested, the car is wearing the livery of security company Securitas, and funnily enough, they preferred Renault for their fleet starting from at least the 1970s. Here's another Securitas R19.

 R14 is an odd choice for a security company but I imagine Norway in the seventies was pretty safe. The police drove beetles at the time.
