This looks like H J Mulliner Design #7259, on a Nov. 1952 R-type supplied new to Harvey S. Mudd. Known to be in USA in 1997. The design was built in 4 examples only, 1 on a MkVI, and the remaining 3 on R-type chassis, of which only 1 example was lhd, B52LRT. If it is agreed as the HJM coachwork then it can be no other car.
