I was trying hard to guess what the [RD21] code means, maybe for the narrow-body models for countries with narrow roads (like Europe or some parts of Southeast Asia)? JDM models has much of their codes that pinpoints towards a possible [YD21] code. I don't think those doesn't refer one of the Nissan's engine family, as the Pathfinder/Terrano don't use the RD or YD engines at all.
