Lincoln, 1952 or 1953 based on the headlight bezel - think that's the 1953 door panel. Any view of the A-pillar?

Checking my sources, seems like that's the Capri interior - the Cosmopolitan has horizontal leather pleats and lacks the chrome band along the door frame.
