With that, International 4700 at least. If that's the exact same truck then the year is a 1991 on top of that. So probably not a 4900. |

There's also an International S-Series reflecting in the van's window. |

It can't be a 1991 with those badges unless the front emblem and hood was replaced. The cowl badge came for 1994 and the red-orange badge changed over mid-1992 to the white/black. |
