It's a bit blurry, but from the size of the hubcap I think it's a 1936 Singer Bantam. |

I know; I identified both of those, too. They were never very common; they competed against cheaper (and possibly inferior) models from Morris (Eight Series I/II) and Ford (Y-Type). You probably have to be my age, British and a bit of a petrolhead to recognise one. |
