The Adlon appears to be a Toronto location instead of the real hotel. /vehicle_172756-Mercedes-Benz-W116.html This means that they used two W211s, one in Toronto and one in Berlin. |

But i'd say they did film some of it in the real Hotel, the Mercedes we have here is not a US spec car. |

Looking at it again, I think you're right. The main picture seems to match the main entrance of the Adlon in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Hotel_Adlon_%28Berlin%29.jpg But some shots appear to be faked in Toronto. /vehicle_172756-Mercedes-Benz-W123.html -- Last edit: 2008-05-09 20:30:09 |

The plates are fakes, it's visible in the movie, too. The dialogue on the third thumbnail is stupid, too (as at least the whole movie). "go left in front of the Brandenburger Tor" - it's the only direction to go at this location! Passing the US embassy in direction to the Potsdamer Platz. And the following scenes are bullshit, too. They are stopping in a dirty backyard and are talking. Steam is coming from the ground - @ ![]() Wahaa, what a stupid bullshit, this crappy movie... |
