 May think about BMC PininFarina of the 1960s, but the bumber with such big overiders doesn't match.

 Can't explain the bigger over-riders, but fairly sure it's a 1962+ Austin Freeway Mk1 Estate [ADO40] - Mk2 was Oct 64 so likely too late. Freeway (and Wolseley 24/80 twin) were sixcyl(!) versions of ADO38s with 2433cc. Colour splits varied, but some had this format.
