700 "Goggo Dart" or "Goggomobil Dart" sporty roadsters built in Aus 1959-61 - we have one listed- and see wiki and here with 300cc and most in 400cc. My Aus picture book says there was also the normal saloon as seen here and total Goggo production was 5000 over these 3 years, including possibly a "Carryall" van. May need more digging to clarify what the saloon was called. |

That's sure, but we are looking for the name given to the model in Australia. -- Last edit: 2022-12-28 10:42:12 |

The Dart is a stand-alone Australian design, this one seems the normal German Goggomobil This Australian source could maybe be helpful: https://www.shannons.com.au/club/vehicle-directory/goggomobil/ -- Last edit: 2022-12-28 10:52:33 |

I understand that the German Goggomobil is exported to Australia under the name of "Dart" by Buckle motor. https://www.drive.com.au/news/australia-s-goggomobil-culture/ it was indeed Goggomobil and according to the version it added a name: the mini van was called the "carryall" -> https://classicthrottleshop.com/1960-goggomobil-carry-van/ (to check) -- Last edit: 2022-12-28 20:00:19 |

The Shannons links are useful - dipping into the pages suggests normal saloon was 300cc and known as Sedan, 300 or T300 And there was a coupe version of the saloon in comments here. And a preserved Carryall. Suggest we call this either Sedan 300 or just 300. |
