Depending on when this is set it could be a normal plate like here but should probably be a yellow plate with a T on the end for Taxi. I did some research and the plates were changed sometime between 1991-1992. 1991, normal plate: 1992, yellow plate: KZE261 was on a Zetor between 1981-2017 and on a Mercedes-Benz from 2018.

I did some research and the plates were changed sometime between 1991-1992.
