Regular Cab XL (at least a 1999 model) in Oxford White Clearcoat

It's those full-amber turn signal lenses again...I really should try to look into them and see what I can find.

Is there amber turn signal lens on the taillight assembly that is being shown on the first picture provided by garco?

Yes, those come with the newer models made in Mexico.

amber turn signals = 2004 "Heritage" edition. these were made in Canada as the Windsor plant was retooled for another line. VIN starts with 2.
the Mexico version (same body style with VIN starting with 3) is still being produced and sold in Mexico. they use the clear signal lenses with a amber stripe like Lightning and Harleys of the day. Mexico versions have a 3 bar grille that looks like a 2004+ new body style.

I don't think this would be considered a "Heritage" model as it is made for the Mexican market. And also, these are built in Mexico if I'm not mistaken.

Indeed, also there was no need for "Heritage", as the new F-150 was called "Lobo" for the Mexican market.

Delete [P221].
The model isn't "F-150" but "Lobo".

To add some clarification, in Mexico, the base model XL is given the F-150 name. Lobo is reserved for XLT and higher variants.

These trucks were also referred to as F-250 in the Mexican market up to as late as 2009. I'm not sure what differentiated the F-150 from the F-250, they seem to look identical physically.

Interesting. So odd how Mexico offered both the F-150 & Lobo. Thanks Ford of Mexico. [PN96] either way for this skin/chassis.
