Looks quad cab
Definitely a Heavy duty, but all badging has been removed, so it could also be a 3500. So Ram Heavy Duty. Also, not sure what makes it a 2013+
Also, here's a shot without the subtitles

4th and 5th gen Heavy Duty Rams aren't available in Quad Cab form.

wouldn't those tail lights be 2013+ ?

I think those taillights are aftermarket.
So I guess 1500 then, because it looks like a quad cab

I would day it's super close, but the reverse light looks to small compared to the regular.

On another note I didn't know until today that there were three separate taillights on the 2013+ Ram 1500's. The Regular found on the Tradesmen through Outdoorsman, the LED Sport, and the Premium LED.

will leave as 2011 due to tail light doubt

Those are aftermarket taillights.

Here's what the OEM '13+ LED taillights look like.

On Sport trim:

On Laramie Longhorn (would also apply to Laramie and Limited).
