This is for sure a F12 (F= "Frontbyggd" = Cab over engine, 12 = 12 litre I6 engine, the 12 can be read on the emblem at front). That F12 might be enough as identification, but there's also something more. On the early models, up to MY 1982, there's a maximum weight in tonnes written after the F12. That is like, F1217, F1220, F1223, F1225, F1227 or F1233. This is not unlikely a F1220, but I'm not entirely sure. |

Pekaes Warszawa livery, at this time they had F1220s Turbo 6 - 1st delivery around 1980 (or late 1979). There was also rare Triumph Tr7 in this scene (which BTW in 1980-81, was used as "minor action" film prop in 2 or 3 movies). -- Last edit: 2023-02-15 20:47:33 |
