 Unusually for VW, the CL name was continued on the Vento even after it was discontinued on Golf and Jetta around 1996/97. By the time of the facelift, the range had been reduced to CL, CLX, GLX, GT and VR6. I believe this is a CLX as it was basically a CL with the addition of a sunroof.
