The shape of the windshield base and low hood suggest the CJ-2A/3A type. I don't think it's a military type because of the chromed headlight bezels. I believe some CJ-3A's were assembled in Japan, but they didn't make many of those, unlike the CJ-3B type. Just found out that Mitsubishi assembled only about 550 units of CJ-3A.
