Looking through wrecked GCC Spec 300s in the UAE, it appears that both Austrian-built and Canadian-built examples for the first generation exists. However, i do believe that it was initially only sourced from Austria since an old article on Chrysler's middle east website from 2005-2006 indicates that the GCC Spec 300Cs began production on 15th of June, 2005 at the Magna Steyr factory.
