 Rover P6 Series 1 2000 1963 -1970.

No vinyl C pillar, bumper overriders or V8 bonnet bulges.

 A fiddly one. Grille looks 71+ Mk2, bonnet maybe Mk2, vent under bumper almost always means 3500 (although 2000 with air con option had it). 3500 never had a bonnet bulge - always same as 2000. Does have over-riders.

So everything pointing to Mk2 3500. Except as noted - no vinyl on rear pillar. We have some "Met" 3500 Mk1s with Mk2 grill and bonnet, with a couple of regular visitors in early 70s stuff - example XGN 219G - and that's my best guess here.

 So this scene was filmed in the UK. I have a feeling it was B-roll or second team footage. The other European cars seen in the episode, that are supposed to be in London, look more like they were filmed in Los Angeles with the actors.
