These are all [P71]s.

I'm not so sure about the Fire car. It looks brand new and I don't know why the Boston FD would order [P71]s. Maybe they did, who knows?

Well, it has a spotlight. Looks like all of the police and fire vehicles in the movie were lent to them by the city of Boston, at least to me.

Don't forget that spotlights are aftermarket items that can be purchased by anyone.

True, but think about it: Who goes to this sort of trouble to make a car this accurate with lights and accessories for a small role? Apparently, it wasn't even used that much compared to a equivalent in a TV series, such as the one in Law & Order: /vehicle_485039-Ford-Crown-Victoria-P71-1993.html (this car was used when new and is still used in L&O: SUV - /vehicle_336552-Ford-Crown-Victoria-P71-1993.html

You're not understanding. This (at the time) was a real Boston FD unit. There is a possibility that it could be a [P71], although I'm not sure why the Boston FD would have ordered a [P71].

Oh, now I get what you're saying.

A side note: The state of MA buys cars in bulk, and 1993-1994 was a time where the state brought [P71]s. So this would be a [P71].

Yes this car was lent from Boston Fire for the movie's production, at the time it was a district chief's vehicle and was most likely part of a bulk purchase by the city as the Boston Police had a large number of 1993-1994 P71 cruisers in service at the time as well.

For some reason the remastered HD is cropped at the bottom and on the right side, so the old main pic shows a bit more of the car. I don't think the loss is significant, but here is the old main pic (@50:16) if it should be restored:
