 1983-87 (Citroen badge with chevron, small bumper) French Spécial (discontinued 1979 in Germany, leaving the Club as the basic model and the Charleston as the more upmarket one) Color either 'bleu lagune' (1982-83) or 'bleu des tropiques' (1984-85). The trafficator would point to a pre-1970 model, but the seemingly original rear fascia, especially the bumper, has me more convinced.
