I agree with Mike, it's a Fiat 1100. I can't find any evidence for SEAT having made this model. |

It is a Fiat 1100 and Seay didn't built this car, but few were imported to Spain. What is more interesting and rare is the custom-like blak station wagon, possibly derived by a Fiat 1400. |
