Sign in Ukrainian. Pretty rare to see during Soviet times, though Kiev has traditionally been 50/50 of both languages. Even after independence until 2015, the only place Ukrainian was consistently widespread was the western oblasts. UA language radio and TV broadcasts made up for only 22% in 2011 and about 70% after Zelenskyy. |
